Tim Menzies' "His Way of Loving Me" Being Considered for a Grammy
Singer and songwriter Tim Menzies' brand new Christian album "His Way of Loving Me" is being considered for a Grammy Award for the Best Roots Gospel Album, in the Gospel/Contemporary Christian Music category. Tim Menzies (also known as Tim Mensy) has been known for writing songs such as Reba McEntire's "Love Needs a Holiday," Mark Chesnutt's "I Just Wanted You to Know," Doug Stone's "I Thought It Was You," Trisha Yearwood's "Nearest Distant Shore" among many others.
Menzies himself has had released 2 major labelled country albums. From which, he has had a number of country hits including "Hometown Advantage," "This Ol' Heart," "That's Good" and "Stone By Stone." Through a series of promptings and circumstances over the past few years, Tim discerned the Lord was calling him to record a Christian album. At the perfect time, God led Tim to Ben Isaacs of "The Isaacs," internationally acclaimed and awarded Christian singing family. In July of 2013 Tim, Ben, and recording engineer Mark Capps, began recording Tim's first Christian album. Through the recording process, Tim's lifelong love of music, his relationship with Jesus, and Ben's gifts as a producer resulted in Tim's new albuum, "His Way of Loving Me."
