Britt Nicole Gives Birth to Her Second Child
On February 9th, Britt Nicole gave birth to her second child. Their son was born at 4:33 a.m., weighing 8 pounds.
Britt shared the happy announcement on Instagram: "So excited to announce the birth of our beautiful son! :) born at 4:33 this morning and weighing 8 pounds! :) he's my lil hero! I love him soooo much!!!!" The news was met with enthusiastic congratulations and support from fans.
Again on Facebook, the Christian artist pens: "So excited to announce the birth of our beautiful son! smile emoticon born at 4:33am yesterday and weighing 8 pounds! smile emoticon he's my lil hero! I love him soooo much!!!!"
Britt and Joshua have been married since 2012, and their first child, Ella, was born in 2013.
Further, Nicole will be releasing her first ever full length remix album, aptly entitled "THE REMIXES." The album which features 12 songs is set to release on March 17. Fans can expect to hear dance-filled beats on the album as remixers such as Capital Kings and Soul Glow Activatur put a new spin on favorites including "Gold," "Lost Get Found" and "Ready Or Not."
THE REMIXES follows the success of her latest album, Gold, which earned Britt Nicole her first GRAMMY® nomination for Best Contemporary Christian Music Album. The album's title track was a crossover hit, breaking into the Top 40 pop radio chart as well as receiving RIAA Gold Certification.
