Damar Johnson Releases Debut Single "He Lives"
Singer and songwriter Damar Johnson, a native of Cape Girardeau, MO currently residing in St. Louis, MO, is an upcoming Christian artist. Damar's songwriting, voice, and arrangement abilities are very impressive, but what truly describes him is that he is a passionate worshipper. After being exposed to his music ministry, one will experience a great deposit of sincerity, power, and anointing. His voice and heart will soon be shared with the world as he releases his debut single "He Lives".
"He Lives" is a beautiful worship ballad arranged and produced by Damar and Marquis Blake (Generational Sound). The single also includes an arrangement of the precious and well-known sacred hymn "Because He Lives" (Bill and Gloria Gaither).
"In the ever-changing and somewhat uncertain climate that we are living in today, I wanted to inspire listeners with hope," Damar shares. "I want everyone to know that despite what is going on in our world, as long as HE is alive, there is hope for a better tomorrow!"
"He Lives" will be available on all digital music outlets on Sunday, May 31 which is also Pentecost Sunday, the day in which believers recognize the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles and other followers of Jesus Christ while they were in Jerusalem celebrating the Feast of Weeks. Damar's single is also the first glimpse of the young singer's debut album THE JESUS PROJECT that will be released in 2021. Damar invites everyone to follow him on social media @DamarsonofJohn and experience his distinctive, fresh sound and more importantly, experience his heart for ministry and passion to follow Christ.
