Winner of 'Female Vocal Artiste of the Year' at the 2014 Gospel Touch Awards, Philippa Hanna is one of the UK's leading Christian songwriters. Recently, she has been invited to join Collabro and Lucy Kay on the Britain's Got Talent Winners' Tour. Covering 31 UK dates from January 2015, this marks an unprecedented opportunity to take the message of God's love to a whole new audience.
However to make this mission happen, Philippa needs a little help to cover the costs of taking a team on the road for over two months stack up very quickly, with funding needed for travel, accommodation, equipment and promotion. She has instead launched a campaign on the innovative Rocket Fuel platform.
Rocket Fuel is a brand-new funding platform that allows fans to help the independent musicians they love reach their goals. It takes conventional crowd-funding several steps further, allowing supporters to become part of the artist's journey whilst providing ongoing financial support. As the platform's flagship act, Philippa Hanna is beginning her campaign by raising funds to make the Collabro tour possible.
Her supporters can help either by purchasing one-off items, or by contributing regular monthly amounts. Regular supporters can also receive exclusive rewards, discounts, VIP access at gigs and will be the first to hear new material from Philippa. In order to be able to make the tour with Collabro happen, the fundraising total needs to be reached by December 1st 2014.
