Crosscut Collective Release "The Earth Is Yours"
Crosscut Collective, a collaborative music project among Christian songwriters and musicians from around the world, founded in the United Kingdom, have released their latest single "The Earth Is Yours." The ministry, created from Methven Forbes' (known as Mev), has a vision to see artistic collaboration between Christian musicians from around the world, dedicated to supporting independent artists in telling stories and testimonies through music.
Crosscut Collective have already released an album this year, titled 'True North' and are working toward releasing their second album in the Spring of 2021. 'The Earth Is Yours' is one of the singles that will be featured on the next album, and they will be releasing a second single, 'God You Are My God' on Dec 4th.
This song is a fitting release, reminding each of us that despite all the turmoil, confusion and pain this world has to offer, God is still the one in control. They're hope is that this song reminds listeners that whatever they're experiencing is still seen and still held by God. "The Earth is Yours" was written by Methven Forbes, Daniel Doss and Austin Cannon and it was performed by Daniel Doss. Each single on their upcoming album will feature different independent artists.
Considering their global focus, "The Earth is Yours" seems like a very fitting release, reminding each of us that despite all the turmoil, confusion and pain this world has to offer, God is still the one in control. Hopefully, this song reminds anyone who hears it that whatever they're experiencing is still seen and still held by God.
