Natalie Grant & Danny Gokey to Launch the "Be One" Tour
Four-time GRAMMY® nominee and five-time Dove Award-winning Female Vocalist of the Year Natalie Grant is joining forces with two-time Dove nominee and K-LOVE's newly-named 2016 Male Artist of the Year Danny Gokey for the "Be One" Tour, slated for 13 cities this fall. Sponsored by ChildFund International, the "Be One" Tour also features special guest artist Tauren Wells and will kick off Oct. 13, in Stamford, Connecticut. Ticket information for the "Be One" Tour is available at BeOneTour.net.
The "Be One" Tour takes its name from Grant's current top-selling album (Curb Records), which debuted at #1 on Billboard's Top Christian Albums Chart and features the title track radio single and theme: "Why sit around and wait for a miracle to come when you can be one." The tour announcement comes on the heels of the recent 2016 K-LOVE Fan Awards, where Gokey took home the honors for Male Artist of the Year and Breakout Single for his current chart-topping hit "Tell Your Heart To Beat Again." The combined presence of these two powerhouse singer/songwriters on the same stage is sure to create a memorable experience for concert attendees across the country.
"I'm so excited to create a musical experience that the audience will love night after night," Grant says. "But I believe it's the message in the music that will resonate in their hearts long after we've left the stage."
"It's an honor for me to be able to team up with Natalie on this tour," adds Gokey, who is currently finishing up a new studio album that will release in November. "I know there are going to be some amazing moments of entertainment and ministry, and I can't wait to be there to experience it with everyone else!"
The "Be One" Tour is sponsored by ChildFund International, a global child development and protection agency serving children and family members in 30 countries. For more than 75 years, ChildFund International has helped the world's deprived, excluded and vulnerable children survive and thrive to reach their full potential and become leaders of enduring change.
