In 2023, husband-and-wife duo The Dryes launched their first North Carolina songwriter's round, blending Nashville industry voices with local NC talent and creating a space for artists to connect, collaborate, and be inspired. Now, the duo is expanding that vision with the launch of their first faith-based songwriter's round in their home state.
The event will take place on February 7, 2026, at Pinedale Christian Church in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
The evening will feature acclaimed Nashville worship leader Rita Springer, one of contemporary worship music's most respected voices, along with rising North Carolina artist Christian Hohn of Pleasant Garden, NC. The Dryes previously appeared on Springer's podcast, making the gathering a meaningful continuation of shared faith, music, and community.
Designed as an intimate, story-driven worship experience, the faith-based songwriter's round will showcase original songs, personal testimonies, and the spiritual journeys behind the music. Attendees can expect an evening centered on encouragement, reflection, and songs intended to lift hearts and set the tone for the year ahead.
