Bethel Music worship leader and songwriter Jordan Colle is reminding listeners that God's promises remain trustworthy even in seasons of uncertainty with the release of his new single, "Headed My Way."
Available now on streaming platforms, the uplifting worship anthem arrives alongside an official music video and marks another significant step in Colle's growing ministry as part of the renowned worship collective, Bethel Music. Listen to the song here and watch the video here.
Built around themes of perseverance, faith, and expectancy, "Headed My Way" speaks directly to those navigating unanswered prayers and difficult circumstances. The song acknowledges the tension between present struggles and future breakthroughs while affirming confidence in God's faithfulness.
"This song felt special from the start," Colle shared. "I was at a writing camp when a friend shared about a difficult season he and his wife were walking through, and he said, 'I still believe our miracle is coming.' The moment he said it, I knew that was the chorus, and the song came together from there."
The singer said the song was born from a desire to encourage people who find themselves waiting on God.
"It felt like a song people would need in the middle of their own stories - holding on to hope and believing God is still moving," he explained. "My prayer is that it brings fresh faith and reminds people that He's still working, even when they can't see it yet."
The message reflects Colle's own ministry journey. Raised in a multigenerational family of pastors and worship leaders, he developed a passion for worship and songwriting within the local church. His background continues to influence both his music and leadership style as he seeks to write songs that serve congregations while connecting with listeners on a personal level.
Before joining Bethel Music, Colle established himself as a respected songwriter, contributing to songs including "Tear Off The Roof," recorded by Brandon Lake. His songwriting often combines honest reflections on faith with messages of hope and spiritual resilience.
Now based in Nashville with his wife and two sons, Colle continues to emerge as one of worship music's rising voices. His latest release reinforces that reputation, offering a timely reminder that God's work often continues behind the scenes long before believers see the answers they have been praying for.
The release also adds to Bethel Music's extensive catalog of influential worship songs. Since its founding by Brian Johnson and Jenn Johnson in 2001, the collective has become one of the most recognized names in modern worship music, producing songs such as "Goodness of God," "Living Hope," "Raise A Hallelujah," and "No Longer Slaves."
With "Headed My Way," Colle offers a simple but powerful message for believers facing uncertainty: keep trusting, keep praying, and keep expecting God to move.
