Candace Cameron Bure is officially a grandmother of two. Her daughter, Natasha Bure Perry, and husband Bradley Steven Perry have welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Winnie Helaine.

Natasha, 28, announced Winnie's birth on Instagram on Tuesday, October 6, with Polaroid-style photos and the caption "It was always you, my Winnie." The next day, Candace shared her own post, writing that dreams really do come true and signing off as "CandyGram," the grandma name she has long wanted.

Winnie's middle name, Helaine, is a nod to her grandmother. Candace's full name is Candace Helaine Cameron Bure.

Winnie follows her cousin Bond Leo, the son of Candace's son Lev Bure and his wife, Elliott. Bond was born August 4, ten weeks early, and spent five weeks in the NICU before coming home. Candace shared in September that he was thriving.

Candace's brother Kirk Cameron congratulated the "Perry and Bure fam" in the comments. Her Full House co-star Lori Loughlin and actor Taylor Lautner also sent love to the new baby.

Candace has long been open about her Christian faith. She has said she "dreamed and prayed" about becoming a grandma, and the Perry-Bure family now has two new babies to celebrate. She currently appears on FOX's Special Forces: World's Toughest Test.
