Christian music fans are invited to enjoy a special hour of music, testimony, and encouragement this Sunday from 8:00-9:00 PM Eastern, as the Southern Gospel Halftime Show airs nationwide on The Word Network, Heartland, and Singing News TV.
Presented by Singing at Sea, the world's largest Southern Gospel music cruise, the Southern Gospel Halftime Show brings together some of the genre's most beloved voices for an uplifting evening of songs, stories, and faith-filled moments.
The broadcast features Karen Peck & New River, a seven-time GRAMMY®-nominated group and one of Southern Gospel's most awarded acts, known for dozens of No. 1 songs and a powerful ministry. Also appearing are fan favorites Gold City Quartet and The Inspirations, recipients of nine Singing News Fan Awards in 2025. Rounding out the lineup are Jeff & Sheri Easter, whose heartfelt songs and personal testimonies have earned multiple Dove Awards and appearances on Gaither Homecoming videos, along with The Hoppers, often called the First Family of Gospel Music and members of the Gospel Music Hall of Fame with more than 60 years of ministry.
The program is hosted by Jonathan Wilburn, who guides viewers through the evening with warmth, conversation, and a deep love for gospel music.
