Pat Houston Gives an Update on Bobbi Kristina Brown's Condition

Ever since January 31st, Bobbi Kristina Brown has been unconscious after she was found in her bathtub in her Georgia home, a fate that eerily resembes the way her mother, the iconic Whitney Houston, died in 2012. However, over the course of the months ensuing, we have recived conflicting reports about Brown's condition. Today, Pat Houston (Bobbi's aunt) has given an official update on Bobbi Kristina's condition, and unfortunately it's not looking good. According to a statement sent to Billboard, Bobbi's health has "continued to deteriorate."
"Despite the great medical care at numerous facilities, Bobbi Kristina Brown's condition has continued to deteriorate. As of today, she has been moved into hospice care. We thank everyone for their support and prayers. She is in God's hands now," Pat said in the statement, on behalf of the Houston family.
A source told Entertainment Tonight that Bobbi Kristina has been taken off all medications and could die at any time. Another source added that her organs are failing.
Brown comes from a family who has deep roots in Gospel music and the Christian faith. Her grandmother, Cissy Houston, was not only a Gospel singer, but she had also performed with Aretha Franklin and has had a great legacy in Gospel music. Whitney Houston's "The Preacher's Wife" soundtrack from the late 90s is still one of the genre's best sellers featuring tunes like "I Love the Lord," "Hold On Help is on the Way," and the inspirational "Step by Step."
