Musical companion to 'The Bible' featuring Wynonna, Battistelli, Point of Grace and more, releases
Word Entertainment releases the Bible Series CD featuring music inspired by the epic miniseries titled The Bible: Music Inspired By The Epic Mini Series.
The record features such popular artists like Francesca Battistelli, Sidewalk Prophets, Chris August, Jason Castro, Big Daddy Weave, For King & Country, Group 1 Crew, Everfound, Dara Maclean, Point Of Grace, Meredith Andrews, Kenny Rogers, and Wynonna.
Singer, songwriter Dara Maclean who sang the song “Home” on the album says, “Friends, my song “Home” is included on The Bible Seriessoundtrack. Love this inspiring miniseries, so be sure to check it out on iTunes!”

To create the album, Word Entertainment partnered with creators of ‘The Bible’ miniseries Roma Downey (Touched By An Angel) and her husband Mark Burnett (The Voice, Survivor, The Apprentice).
This 12-song musical companion contains among other songs a new recording by Francesca Battistelli titled “In your eyes,” originally by Peter Gabriel.

'The Bible' series became #1 cable show immediately after its premiere overpowering all major broadcast shows. During its premiere, 'The Bible' was seen by 13.1 million viewers.
'The Bible' series’ next episode will air this coming Sunday, March 17 on History.
