Avengers 2, Chris Hemsworth: Male Version of Thor to be Replaced with Female Role in Thor 3, Katee Sackhoff Possibly?

The role of Chris Hemsworth in the Avenger's installment has always been exciting for the fans especially after the first Thor movie came out. He is probably the biggest breakout amongst the fresh list of faces that Marvel studios have introduced for the initiative of the Avengers as an active franchise. It was the second installment of the Thor series, the dark world that cemented the Asgardian as part of the future of the avengers due to the installments success in the box office and its ability to hold a different realm of battles and story lines which are separate from that of the world of the humans which presents a clearly independent world.

Of course, though, Hemsworth had quite a successful year as well last year during which he showed up in other epic flicks such as Cabin in the woods, and Rush, the classic racing drama as well as Red Dawn. The fans are already curious as to how he is going to feature when it comes to the next installment of the Avengers set to premiere next year when the team will face Ultron, the devious robot intelligence life form.  As for Thor 3, there are rumors already buzzing about the fate of the actor

For one, even he does not know or pretends not to know about the third installment which is predicted to come out in 2017. According to Screen Rush, he hopes that there is going to be a third movie, but does not know when or if it will happen. At the same time, Marvel comics brought out a change in the script which stated that the male character of Thor may change to female as the hammer, Mjölnir. That would be on a theory that Thor is no longer worthy to wield the hammer. Not that, Chris would be out, but probably relegated to a secondary position within the film while the female character retains the power of the hammer. In fact, director Joss Whedon has already placed a recommendation if it goes that way for Katee Sackhoff.
