GRAMMY-nominated, GMA Dove Award-winning artist Forrest Frank has released his brand-new single, "Thankful," arriving amid overwhelming demand for his upcoming The Jesus Generation Tour. With more than 470,000 tickets already sold, the summer 2026 run is shaping up to be the biggest headlining tour of Frank's career, with multiple dates already sold out in major markets including Detroit, Los Angeles, Dallas, Nashville, and Phoenix.
Booked by UTA and presented by TPR, the 29-city tour will feature special guests Tori Kelly, Cory Asbury, and The Figs, and follows Frank's completely sold-out Child of God Tour Part 2. Designed as a fully immersive experience, the tour will include in-the-round staging, select outdoor venues, and a carefully curated flow-welcoming fans with The Figs, leading them into worship with Cory Asbury, energizing the crowd with Tori Kelly, and culminating with Forrest Frank's headline set. As 2025 comes to a close, Frank continues to redefine what success looks like in Christian music. He recently set a new record for the most weeks at No. 1 on Billboard's Top Christian Albums chart, while his crossover breakout "Your Way's Better"-now RIAA Gold-certified-became one of only a handful of Christian songs to enter the Billboard Hot 100 in recent years. The song also emerged as one of Google's top "hum to search" tracks of 2025, underscoring its broad cultural impact.
2025 Billboard Year-End Chart Highlights further cement Frank's dominance:
-
He placed 39 songs on Billboard's Hot Christian Songs chart-the most of any artist-with 11 Top 10 hits
-
Child of God finished the year as the No. 1 Top Christian Album, with Child of God II close behind at No. 2
-
"Your Way's Better" ended the year as the No. 1 Hot Christian Song
Frank first closed out 2024 as a first-time GRAMMY nominee with his Gold-certified album Child of God, the year's best-selling Christian album. He carried that momentum into 2025 with Child of God II, further expanding his creative and commercial reach.
Despite battling a serious back injury over the summer, Frank's output surged, releasing multiple viral tracks including "God's Got My Back," "Lemonade" (with The Figs), "Selah," "The Rock" (with Crowder), and "Misunderstood" (with Cory Asbury). These songs-along with 21 others-appeared on Child of God II (Back to Back) in September, followed by the late-year release "Jesus Is Coming Back Soon" with Josiah Queen.
In late 2025, Frank was honored with multiple GMA Dove Awards, including Artist of the Year, and received two GRAMMY nominations for Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song ("Your Way's Better") and Best Contemporary Christian Music Album (Child of God II).
At radio, Frank's influence continues to grow. "Your Way's Better" reached No. 3 on both Billboard's Christian AC and Christian Airplay charts, as well as Mediabase's Christian AC and Christian Impressions charts, spending 37 weeks on Christian radio. His follow-up single "Lemonade" featuring The Figs gained early momentum with 31 station adds and peaked at No. 31 on Mediabase Christian AC before the holiday format transition. Since releasing "Good Day" in February 2024, Frank has amassed more than 846 million total radio airplay impressions across all formats, highlighting his sustained connection with listeners nationwide.
With "Thankful" setting the tone and The Jesus Generation Tour poised to make history, Forrest Frank continues to lead a movement that blends faith, innovation, and massive cultural resonance.
