Formed by four highly respected Christian songwriters-Rebekah White Williams, Josh Farro, Mitch Wong, and Tommy Iceland-Poets & Prophets brings together years of songwriting experience that has helped shape modern worship music across churches globally. Each member has contributed to numerous worship songs that have been sung by congregations around the world, and their new collaboration aims to blend thoughtful lyricism with bold, faith-centered worship.
The collective's name reflects its mission: to create songs that carry both the poetic beauty of worship and the prophetic call for the Church to awaken to deeper devotion. Their debut single, "Make Room," captures that vision by inviting believers to surrender their hearts fully to God and create space for His presence to move.
With its reflective lyrics and stirring musical arrangement, "Make Room" sets the tone for what Poets & Prophets hopes will become a growing catalog of songs designed not only for personal listening but also for congregational worship.
Although the name Poets & Prophets is also associated with the long-running songwriter interview series hosted by the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, the worship collective represents a separate creative endeavor focused on modern worship music.
