Six-time GRAMMY® Award winner and 2022 Kennedy Center Honoree Amy Grant is set to debut her highly anticipated new album The Me That Remains live at the iconic Ryman Auditorium on May 8, with limited tickets remaining for the special release-night performance.

Announced February 20, 2026, the album arrives May 8 via Thirty Tigers and marks Grant's first full collection of all-original songs in 13 years. Produced by ten-time CMA Award winner and Nashville Songwriters Hall of Famer Mac McAnally, the 10-track project leans into Grant's strengths as a songwriter, offering a deeply reflective look at where she stands personally, spiritually, and creatively more than five decades into her groundbreaking career.

Across the album, Grant explores themes of healing, endurance, connection, and grace. First previewed with "The 6th of January (Yasgur's Farm)," a song inspired by the unity and idealism of the Woodstock era, the project signals a stripped-down, singer-songwriter direction. McAnally's understated production allows Grant's voice to remain front and center, while collaborations with artists such as Ruby Amanfu, Michael W. Smith, Vince Gill, Sarah Cannon, and Corrina Gill highlight the relationships that have shaped her life and music.

The newly released title track, "The Me That Remains," serves as the emotional centerpiece of the album. Co-written with McAnally, the song reflects on Grant's recent health challenges, including open-heart surgery and a traumatic brain injury following a bike accident. With lyrics that speak to survival and gratitude, the track offers a powerful testimony of resilience and faith. Its official music video, filmed on Grant's Tennessee farm, further underscores the album's intimate tone.

Visually, the album artwork reflects themes of memory and reconstruction. Grant commissioned artist Wayne Brezinka to create a mixed-media collage using meaningful artifacts from her life, including fragments of a treasured quilt, seashells, her childhood Bible, and family history-layering her story directly into the portrait.

"The older I get, the more aware I am that we all live long enough to see versions of ourselves pass away," Grant shared. "Given time to process decades of a life... I've needed to remember and release the younger Amy Grant... I'm thankful for each day and curious to find connection and purpose."

Now 65, Grant remains one of the most influential figures in Christian and mainstream music, with more than 30 million albums sold and over 2.2 billion global streams. A trailblazer who became the first Contemporary Christian artist to achieve a platinum record, top the pop charts, and perform at the GRAMMY Awards, she returns with a project rooted in hard-won perspective and enduring faith.

The Me That Remains will be available May 8 on vinyl, CD, and all major streaming platforms, with exclusive editions including orange vinyl for indie record stores, turquoise vinyl via TalkShopLive, and a special CD with bonus tracks through Amazon.
