Jeremy Camp has never been content to stay comfortable. His new single proves it.
The multi-platinum recording artist released "Reflector" on May 8 via Capitol CMG - a bold return to his Christian rock roots, built on surging guitars, pounding drums, and an arena-ready intensity that matches its message of conviction and purpose.
It is a sharp left turn from the more polished pop sound of his recent work, and an intentional one.
"This song is about being the image bearer of Christ," Camp said. "We're called to be an example of who Christ is to the world around us - to show love, to show the grace that He's given us."
The track draws from Ephesians 5:8 - "For you were once darkness, now you are light in the Lord" - and frames it with the urgency of a man who has lived enough to know what that calling actually costs. Camp describes it as a "hardcore rock statement charged with unrelenting energy," a no-holds-barred reminder to live boldly and reflect something greater than yourself.
For a career that spans more than two decades, the move feels less like reinvention and more like a rediscovery. Camp has 13 albums, 26 number-one singles, over 6 million albums sold worldwide, five GMA Dove Awards, and a Grammy nomination - and Billboard ranked him the number two Christian artist of the entire previous decade. His 2020 film I Still Believe, based on his own life story, brought his testimony to a global audience.
"Reflector" is not a comeback. It is a reminder.
