Following the success of their breakout hit "Symphony," Life.Church Switch has returned with a fresh new single, "Hunger," now available on all major streaming platforms. The energetic alternative-pop anthem serves as the first release from the group's forthcoming full-length album, Simple, due in August.
Marking a new creative chapter for the worship collective, "Hunger" showcases a bold sonic direction that blends progressive beats, infectious melodies, and deeply personal lyrics centered on spiritual transformation and a growing desire for Jesus.

"We wanted to create a song that felt fresh, upbeat, and dynamic while being able to reach the hearts of listeners in a way we've never done before," said Life.Church Switch member Maggie Burton, who provides the song's lead vocals. "The song is raw and honest about knowing where you've been and now feeling like you just can't get enough of Jesus."
Built around themes of redemption, gratitude, and spiritual longing, "Hunger" tells the story of someone reflecting on life before Christ and celebrating the fulfillment found in a relationship with Him. The song's driving energy and modern production are matched by its central message: that true satisfaction is found only in Jesus.
At the heart of the track is a memorable challenge that doubles as an invitation: "Anybody gonna match my hunger?" The lyric encourages listeners to pursue God wholeheartedly while reminding them that He faithfully meets people wherever they are in their journey.
"This song is for anyone who knows what it's like to feel a void in your heart and have Jesus fill it until it's overflowing," Burton explained. "Once you experience that, there's nothing else like it. You just want more of Him."
As the lead single from Simple, "Hunger" offers an early glimpse into the group's next season of music. The upcoming album is expected to continue Life.Church Switch's mission of creating authentic worship songs that connect with a new generation while remaining rooted in biblical truth and the Gospel message.
"Hunger" is the first of two singles scheduled to arrive ahead of the album's August release, building anticipation for what promises to be one of the group's most ambitious projects to date.
