Award-winning singer/songwriter Justin Gambino released his first-ever worship project, Garden Of The Lord, today via Residence Music. The five-song EP, produced by longtime collaborator Walter Halliwell, centers on the image of God as a Master Gardener who nurtures growth in His children.

The project includes "Depend on You (All I Need)," a heart-cry Gambino wrote during a season of infertility with his wife, and the modern hymn "Let Me Not Forget," a reflection on Christ's sacrifice co-written with Halliwell and Tony Wood. The instrumental closing track, "The Invitation," rounds out the set.

"The inspiration for this project came from my testimony," Gambino said of the EP.

That testimony is central to Gambino's story. A Navy veteran who served in Iraq, Gambino was asked to lead worship on base, which reignited a love for music he'd first discovered as a child. After his military service, he battled PTSD and alcohol, spiraling into depression before crying out to God one night on the floor of his apartment - a turning point he says launched a journey of redemption. Today, Gambino leads an annual revival on the courthouse steps in Brazoria County, Texas, where he was once sentenced as a teen.

Gambino has previously been named Artist of the Year in the Christian/Gospel/Inspirational Male category at the Josie Music Awards and has opened for artists including TobyMac, for KING + COUNTRY, Crowder, and Skillet.

Garden Of The Lord is available now on all streaming platforms.
