Worship leader and songwriter Joe L Barnes has released a new single, "Road Less Traveled," featuring fellow artist Seph Schlueter, out now on all platforms.
Produced by Jeff Sojka with additional production from Aaron Chafin, the song was written by Barnes alongside Lauren Scott Barnes, Ben Tan, Anna Golden, and Joel Houston. Barnes described the track as a call for believers to follow Christ's example by reaching out to those still searching for hope. "'Road Less Traveled' is an invitation to become more like Jesus," Barnes said, adding that the song is meant to encourage listeners to carry God's heart for the lost into their everyday lives and help build His kingdom.

Schlueter, who appears on the track, shared his own excitement over the collaboration in a personal post, writing simply that he had chosen Jesus and was grateful for the opportunity to be part of the project.
The single pairs Barnes' passionate vocal style with Schlueter's own reputation for sincerity, a combination Barnes has said he hopes will serve as a reminder to listeners to go and share the message of Christ with others. The two artists filmed content promoting the release from Burnt Fork Ranch in Stevensville, Montana, encouraging fans to create their own videos using the song.
