Christian singer-songwriter Leanna Crawford checked a lifelong dream off her list on July 24, making her debut performance on the Grand Ole Opry stage in Nashville.
Crawford performed as part of "Grand Ole Opry: OPRY 100," a lineup that also featured country legends The Oak Ridge Boys. The milestone landed on the same night as the release of her sophomore album, Thank God, making it a full-circle moment in a career that has moved quickly since her 2024 breakout.
Crawford, a Stanwood, Washington native, first spoke publicly about the upcoming Opry debut back in May, telling GodTube Music at the K-LOVE Fan Awards that it was "another dream come true." She arrived at the Opry with plenty of momentum behind her: her debut single "Still Waters (Psalm 23)" is certified Gold and spent time at No. 1 on the Billboard Christian Airplay Chart, and she was named New Artist of the Year at the 2025 GMA Dove Awards.
Since then, Crawford has toured alongside major names in Christian music including Michael W. Smith, Matt Maher, Jeremy Camp, and Zach Williams, and has built a following of more than 2 million across streaming and social platforms.
For an artist whose music consistently returns to themes of trusting God's timing over her own, the Opry debut lands as one more answered prayer in a season she's described as full of them.
Crawford continues her tour schedule through the rest of the summer, with upcoming stops in Kentucky, New York, and beyond.
