Christian singer-songwriter Leanna Crawford and her husband, NBA center Cody Zeller, are expecting their first child.
Crawford shared the news on Instagram this week with a photo of the couple on their Nashville-area property, captioning it simply, "Family of 3 coming November." The post drew a wave of congratulations from friends and fellow artists, including Danny Gokey and Ben Fuller, who commented, "Praise God. Love you two.. three."
Crawford and Zeller married in August 2023 in an intimate Nashville ceremony after meeting through a mutual friend in 2020. Zeller, drafted fourth overall by the Charlotte Hornets in 2013, currently plays for the New Orleans Pelicans and is the youngest of three brothers who have all played in the NBA.
The pregnancy announcement comes during one of the busiest stretches of Crawford's career, just days after she released her sophomore album, Thank God, and made her debut performance at the Grand Ole Opry. Crawford's music has long centered on themes of trusting God's timing, a theme fans were quick to note feels especially fitting news for this new chapter in her life.
The couple has not yet shared additional details about the baby.
