Bunnie Xo Says She’s “Never Going Back” After Jelly Roll Divorce — And Her DMs Are Now a “Boy Buffet”

Bunnie Xo is single, smiling and apparently having absolutely no trouble attracting attention following the end of her nearly decade-long marriage to country superstar Jelly Roll.

The Dumb Blonde podcast host is embracing her newly single era with such enthusiasm that she has even given it a name: "Baddie Bunnie Summer."

Appearing on TODAY With Jenna & Sheinelle, Bunnie opened up about life following her divorce from Jelly Roll - and judging by her comments, she isn't exactly sitting at home mourning her relationship status.

"Ladies, they never should have let me back out in the streets because I love it here," Bunnie joked. "I love it here, and I'm never going back."

And apparently, the streets are happy to have her back.

Bunnie revealed that her direct messages have become something of a "boy buffet," with plenty of attention arriving since she became single. PEOPLE reports that the attention hasn't been limited to men either, with Bunnie indicating that both men and women have been sliding into her DMs.

The outspoken personality also admitted that the end of her marriage was painful, describing the experience as "beautifully tragic." But months after the breakup, Bunnie says something important has returned: her smile.

The comments come after Jelly Roll filed for divorce in May 2026, bringing an end to one of country music's most recognizable marriages. The pair married in Las Vegas in 2016 and later returned to the same chapel to renew their vows in 2023.

Their divorce was finalized in July.

Despite the sudden collapse of the marriage, both Bunnie and Jelly Roll initially pushed back against speculation that infidelity was responsible. Bunnie previously insisted that "nobody cheated," while Jelly Roll similarly told fans that neither party had been unfaithful.

That hasn't stopped fans from closely watching what happened next.

The former couple reportedly unfollowed one another on Instagram following their split, while Jelly Roll has spoken about stepping away from touring for an extended period as he focuses on healing and the next chapter of his life.

Bunnie, meanwhile, appears to be taking a very different approach to starting over.

Rather than hiding away following the divorce, she has been publicly leaning into her independence, joking about dating and presenting this season as an opportunity to rediscover herself outside of the marriage.

There may be another major chapter ahead as well.

Bunnie told TODAY that her desire to become a mother has not disappeared because of the divorce. She indicated that her motherhood journey will be addressed further in her forthcoming memoir, suggesting that some deeply personal revelations about that dream could still be coming.

For a couple whose relationship survived fame, career upheavals and Jelly Roll's extraordinary rise from troubled beginnings to country superstardom, the divorce marked a dramatic ending to a love story fans had followed for years.

But Bunnie certainly doesn't sound like she plans on quietly disappearing into heartbreak.

With "Baddie Bunnie Summer" officially underway, a packed inbox and her declaration that she's "never going back," Bunnie Xo is making one thing very clear:

The Jelly Roll chapter may be over - but the Bunnie Xo story is getting a whole lot messier.
