Singer Ciara and Russell Wilson Announce Baby No. 5: "One More Person to Love"

Ciara and Russell Wilson are growing their family once again. The singer and her husband, the retired NFL quarterback, announced Sunday, September 6, that they're expecting their fifth child together - Ciara's fourth with Wilson.

The couple shared the news in a joint Instagram post featuring Ciara's growing baby bump, captioning it, "One more person to love." The reveal included a playful touch: four shirts bearing the names of their current children hung on a line, alongside one blank baby onesie representing the newest addition on the way.

Ciara and Wilson, married since 2016, are already raising four children together: Future Zahir, 12 (Ciara's son from a previous relationship), Sienna Princess, 9, Win Harrison, 6, and Amora Princess, 2. The new arrival will make them a family of seven.

Wilson had hinted at wanting a fifth child for months, telling reporters this past July that he was "trying to convince Ciara" while their kids had already nicknamed the hoped-for baby "Cinco."

The pregnancy announcement comes on the heels of Wilson's retirement after 14 NFL seasons, giving the couple more time to focus on family life.

Ciara and Wilson have long been open about their faith shaping their relationship - the couple famously chose to wait until marriage before being intimate, a decision they've credited with strengthening their bond from the start.
