The Voice is back tonight, Wednesday, September 23, for the final night of its three-night Season 30 premiere. "The Blind Auditions, Part 3" airs from 8-9 p.m. ET on NBC and will be available to stream Thursday on Peacock. More singers will step onto the stage hoping their voice alone is enough to make a coach turn.
Tonight's auditions put two first-time coaches in the spotlight. Queen Latifah and Riley Green are building their teams alongside Kelly Clarkson and Adam Levine, and every chair turn gives an artist a potentially difficult choice. If several coaches want the same singer, who can make the most convincing case? And will a newcomer beat a Voice veteran to an artist both believe could go far?

That one-use button changes the suspense for viewers, too. A coach who turns immediately may have an advantage, but pressing the button means committing it to that particular singer. Will tonight bring an audition so persuasive that a coach refuses to take the chance of losing it? Or will the strongest battle happen without anyone pressing at all?
For the artists, a chair turn is the first step toward a much bigger stage. NBC says this season's winner will earn a performance slot on the 2027 Governors Ball main stage. That prize is a long way off, but the coaches' choices tonight could help determine who gets a shot at it.
