Centricity Music has welcomed acclaimed Christian vocalist and songwriter Rachael Lampa to its roster through an exclusive worldwide recording and publishing agreement. The partnership marks a new chapter for Lampa, whose music continues to explore faith, honesty, identity and hope.
Her first single with the label, "Permission," is set to release Friday, Sept. 25, and is currently available for pre-save through digital and streaming platforms.

Written by Lampa alongside Andrew Ripp and Ethan Hulse, "Permission" presents a tender invitation to approach God with honesty, bringing questions, weaknesses and uncertainty without fear. The song was produced by Sajan Nauriyal and Hulse and features a choir.
Lampa describes the song as a reminder that God welcomes people exactly as they are. Its message centers on grace, openness and the freedom to bring one's authentic self before God.
"Permission" introduces the musical direction Lampa is embracing in this new season. Rather than focusing on expectations or perfection, she is creating songs shaped by faith, personal experience and a deeper understanding of her identity as a child of God.

He added that the label is honored to support Lampa in this new chapter and believes "Permission" offers listeners grace, truth and hope.
Lampa's return to a recording partnership follows a remarkable career that began when she signed her first record deal at age 14. Her debut album, Live For You, helped establish her as a Christian pop artist and led to appearances on The Tonight Show and The View, as well as recognition from Billboard, People and Seventeen.
After stepping away from her early recording career, Lampa continued developing her musical gifts, including work as a background vocalist for artists such as Jordin Sparks, Lauren Daigle and Hozier. She also appeared with Hozier at major events including Glastonbury Festival, Saturday Night Live and the GRAMMYs.
In recent years, Lampa rediscovered her voice through music, motherhood and service. Her song "Perfectly Loved," inspired by women she encountered through prison ministry, became her first No. 1 single in 22 years and earned a K-LOVE Fan Award.
Now, as both a recording artist and songwriter with Centricity Music, Lampa is looking toward a season of creating music rooted in healing, faith, identity and freedom.
