Céline Dion took a tumble during her Paris residency, then got right back up and kept singing.
The 58-year-old singer fell on Wednesday, Oct. 7, at the Plenitude Arena in Nanterre, near Paris, midway through "Dans un autre monde." Video from the concert shows her pants catching on one of her heels, which made her collapse onto the stage.
She gave the crowd a thumbs-up and finished the song, according to videos shared on social media. There is no indication that she was seriously injured, and no official statement from her team had been reported.
Dion is performing a 26-show run at the arena, which wraps up on Oct. 17 and resumes in May 2027. It is her first full concert series in six years, and opening night on Sept. 12 drew a sold-out crowd of 35,000. She shared in December 2022 that she had been diagnosed with stiff-person syndrome.
Before the residency began, she told Harper's Bazaar that the shows were her way of giving back to the fans she had missed.
