Lou Gramm says he is retiring from the stage after 54 years in music.

The 76-year-old former Foreigner vocalist has reaffirmed that his current tour will be his last. "I've done all there is to do," he said.

Gramm said he wants more time at home with family and friends, including his children, and with his cars, after sacrificing that time for more than 50 years. He also said he does not want to reach the point of faking it or lowering the key to get through a song, and he called this tour a high point.

As of July, his last scheduled date was Dec. 19 in Des Plaines, Illinois. Dates can change, so fans should check his official website for the latest.

Gramm sang Foreigner hits including "Cold as Ice," "Hot Blooded," "Juke Box Hero" and "I Want to Know What Love Is." He entered the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2013, and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame with Foreigner in 2024. In March he released his third solo album, Released.

Gramm has described himself as a devout born-again Christian. He has said his faith in Jesus Christ carried him through his 1997 brain tumor surgery and recovery. He sang on Petra's 1997 album Petra Praise 2: We Need Jesus, and the Lou Gramm Band released a Christian rock album in 2009.
