Brittany Snow says she is thankful for how her divorce changed her life. The "Pitch Perfect" actress, 40, spoke about it on "Armchair Expert with Dax Shepard" on Monday, Nov. 2. "I can't believe I'm grateful for my divorce," she said.
Snow married real estate agent Tyler Stanaland in March 2020. They announced their separation in September 2022. She filed for divorce in January 2023, and it was finalized that July.
She recalled being 37, living in an Airbnb with her dog and not knowing what would come next. She said it helped to hear from friends who had been through something similar, and to read stories online from women who started over in their late 30s.
Snow said her current relationship feels very different from her past one. She has been dating photographer and creative director Hunter Moreno since 2024. Us Weekly reported in November 2025 that the two had gotten engaged.
Snow's comments are a reminder that painful seasons can lead to unexpected gratitude.
