Once Upon A Time Season 4: Once Upon A Time Meets Frozen Meets Maleficent
Once Upon A Time Season 4 air date is September 28, 2014. Like the third season, Once Upon A Time Season 4 will be split in two parts, with the first part airing during 2014 and the second half during 2015. The first half will be following the "Frozen" story arc. Once Upon A Time Season 4 Episode 1 is entitled "A Tale of Two Sisters" and it will mark the introduction of royal sisters Elsa and Anna of Arrendelle to the people of Storybrooke/Enchanted Forest.
In the latest Once Upon A Time Season 4 trailer uploaded to the Internet, Queen Elsa is shown passing through Mr. Gold's shop, Granny's diner and the other town landmark hangouts, leaving everything on her path frozen, and putting everyone on edge, including Mr. Gold/Rumplestilskin, Mary Margaret/Snow, David/Charming, Captain Hook, Regina/Evil Queen, and Emma/Savior. Lana Parilla as Regina then says, "Here we go again....." Jennifer Morrison as Emma retorts, "Really?" According to the Once Upon A Time Season 4 spoilers on the Once Upon A Time Season 4 Wiki, Elsa won't be the villain in the story, nor will it be her sister Anna. The villain may be the character that Elizabeth Mitchell will play, which is either Elsa and Anna's mother or the original Snow Queen.
The second part of Once Upon A Time Season 4 will see a return of the Storybrooke crowd to the Maleficent story arc. According to Entertainment Weekly, True Blood star Kristin Bauer van Straten has been booked for a return trip to Storybrooke to reprise her role as the evil Maleficent. In season 1, Maleficent was stuck in dragon form, locked away in a cave under the clock tower until she was slain by Emma during the finale. Near the end of Season 2, she was seen again in zombie form. Towards the last half of Once Upon A Time Season 4, in what state will we see Maleficent in?
