Little Boy Movie Release Date, Reveals, News and Review: David Henrie of Wizards of Waverly Place takes up the Role of London Flynt
When was the last time we watched really good World War Two movie? The boy in the stripped Pajamas? Inglorious Bastards? Either way it's been a really long while since we went back to the 1940's behind the lenses of a camera. Open Road Films have felt our collective pain and on February 27th we are going back in time. The movie coming out on 27th February 2015 is directed by Jose Alejandro Monterverde. Although the director does not have a lot of mileage points he did win the people's choice award at the Toronto Film Festival in 2006.
The story is about seven year old Pepper Flynt Busbee who is willing to do anything to end World War Two so his father can come home. The movie is a heartwarming tale about a father and his son and their love for each other that remains unaffected by space time and of course, a war. The war tells the tale of millions of forgotten victims of the war: the children.
The movie is produced by Leo Severinno. The writers are Alejandro Gomez Monteverde and Pepe Portillo. Jacob Salvati is taking up the role of 7 year old Pepper Flynt; David Henrie of Wizards of Waverly Place takes up the role of London Flynt; Kevin James from the comedy King of Queens takes up the role of Dr. Fox; Emily Watson who is a veteran of the Royal Shakespeare Company takes up the role of Emma Busbee; Ted Lavine takes up the role of Sam; Michael Rapaport who had a recurring role on My Name Is Earl takes up the role of James Busbee.
