Ice Age 5: Scrat is at it Again! 20th Century Fox Confirms Release Date

20th Century Fox is bringing you more of that Ice Age goofiness with its upcoming fifth new movie: Ice Age 5 on July 15, 2016. This fifth installment may be the final chapter of the franchise, and is otherwise called Ice Age 5: The Final Chapter.

This 3D animated comedy movie revolves around the adventures of prehistoric animals living and surviving in the Ice Age.

In the fifth installment, Manny, Sid and Diego realize that Scrat had caused the accidental end of the world. The movie will continue at the island where the crew was at the end of the previous film. This time, Scrat is on the beach: Sid is practicing his tone deaf lines. Diego gets irritated. Manny couldn't get any sleep. Manny shouts "Quiet!" Then, they hear THE crack and Scrat had wrecked the beach side. The crew realizes who has caused the drift.
