Person of Interest Season 4 News Update: Premiere Episode "Panopticon" Spoilers, Writers' Preview at Nerdist Writer's Panel, soon to Premiere this September
Person of Interest is renewed for a season 4, and is soon to premiere this September 23, with its first episode, Panopticon, on CBS.
CBS recently revealed a photo of the first episode of the new season 4. It shows how John Reese and Samantha will be in action together as the two try to escape the Samaritan.
The first episode of season 4, "Panopticon" is officially described this way, "Forced to take on new identities created by Root, the team will try to adapt to their new lives. However, some will find it hard to ignore The Machine's numbers, which is going to put them all at risk of being detected by Samaritan". The Samaritan will constantly challenge the team from keeping anything organized, as the AI is also now indifferent to humanity. Dystopia is surely the theme of the new season.
Panopticon, is directed by Richard J. Lewis, and written by Erik Mountain and Greg Plageman. The writers will be at the Nerdist Writer's Panel this September 21 to share more details on the upcoming new season of Person of Interest.
