Halo 5 News: Halo 5: Guardians, Competitive Multiplayer Experience, Halo 4 Made Better

The video game Halo is coming back for a sequel in Halo 5: Guardians. Unfortunately, the game will only be available for Xbox One users. Halo 5 will be released in 2015.

Bonnie Ross of 343 Industries says that the new Halo game is made exclusively for Xbox One users to provide better gaming experience, including the first-person shooter mode of the next Halo 5.

Like its predecessors, Halo 4 received great reviews, but the number of its online players dropped since the release of Halo 4. Now, given the fact that the Halo series is widely popular for its multiplayer experience, the 343 Industries developers are competitively trying to bring the multiplayer experience further.

The developers also hinted that the next Halo game will greatly focus on the competitive nature of the original Halo series, and remove features such as perks, care packages, and load-outs. The previous Halo 4 had these features and the developers are guessing that the gamers did not see these features necessarily in sync with the theme of the previous Halo games.

Also, the 343 developers will provide a multiplayer beta test for Halo 5, unlike its previous Halo 4. The beta test will be available in December, but only for Master Chief Collection buyers.

Halo 5: Guardians is set for a release date in the latter months of 2015, and is made exclusively for Xbox One consoles.
