‘Orange Is the New Black’ Season 3 Release on Netflix: Exclusive Updates
'Orange Is the New Black' Season 3 Release on Netflix: Exclusive Updates
Who could have thought that a federal prison drama with women can be so fun to watch? The last two seasons have been loved tremendously not only in the US but also across the world. It is in fact one of the most popular shows streaming on Netflix and the makers have decided to renew the series for season three.
This upcoming season is all set to premiere on Netflix in June 2015 according to Breathe Cast. Although the fans are looking for every piece of information before release, there is not much available on the internet. However, we do know that the makers are keen to release all episodes at once, much like what fans are expecting from "House of Cards" set to premiere in February 2015.
Meanwhile, there are reports that writers have worked hard to work on a different angle of the story from what was there in season 1 and season 2. Apparently, the season 3 will focus around the idea of faith around the prison as things get a little difficult for everyone. Jenji Kohan had recently said that Piper will be against new challenges that involve working her way out and also making a few new friends. Interestingly, Kohan has also teased everyone with the possibility of spicy sex scenes, some of which will be shot with lead actress Taylor Schilling. However, he denied answering whys and hows of these steamy scenes.
According to Inquisitr, the shooting has already begun for first few episodes and soon the makers will be looking at post production work. There are good eight or nine months before the release of "Orange is the New Black" and it will take a while before we get to know more about the recurring and guest cast in the coming days. For now, we know that Pablo Schreibe is leaving the cast and looking forward to work in one of the other television series on HBO. Apart from that, there is no news on the cast of this season. Till then, fans can stream for some of the most popular episodes for season 2 on Netflix.
