Marcus G. Morton Debuts New Single "Mighty and Great"
Marcus G. Morton has released his new single "Mighty and Great." Morton is no stranger to the Gospel music scene. Having served and sung with Gospel recording artist JJ Hairston for over a decade, Morton has been in the trenches and understands how to set an atmosphere for praise & worship.
As Worship Pastor of Total Victory Worship Center ATL, Morton leads music ministry and is a veteran in understanding the palette of Gospel music listeners. As a husband, father, and leader he understands the responsibility of walking in his purpose.
"Mighty & Great" is an up tempo cut with a traditional choir, reminiscent of great ensembles like the Kurt Carr Singers, and the Richard Smallwood Singers. Morton delivers a powerful vocal performance. "Mighty & Great" could easily be heard at any church on Sunday morning because of its vertical lyrics, energetic movement. and infectious chant.
Morton is set to release a new album titled, "Mighty & Great" on November 20th. Recently the self titled lead single, "Mighty & Great", was chosen for the Holy Grounds radio review airing across 38+ stations nationally.
"Mighty & Great" won the flat out hit of the week, which is an opportunity for radio audience listeners to choose between two songs being featured for the coveted flat out hit spot. Without much promotion Morton caught the attention of listeners and is continuing to deliver by servicing this new single, so that more listeners can hear and enjoy it. Take a listen to the debut single from Marcus G. Morton "Mighty & Great"!
