Investigators conducted a second search of Annie Guthrie's Arizona home as the investigation into the disappearance of her mother, Nancy Guthrie, continues to escalate.

Law enforcement officials were seen at the Tucson residence over the weekend, remaining inside for several hours while photographing rooms and collecting information. Authorities have not publicly disclosed what prompted the renewed search, and no suspects or persons of interest have been identified.

The increased activity follows the FBI's release of surveillance images and recovered footage showing a masked individual outside Nancy Guthrie's home on the morning of her disappearance. The individual appears to be wearing gloves, a ski mask, and a backpack, and is seen tampering with a doorbell camera. Officials say the footage was recovered from backend systems after initially being inaccessible.

Nancy, 84, was last seen on January 31 after having dinner with Annie and her husband, Tommaso Cioni, before being dropped off at her Tucson residence. She was reported missing the following day after failing to attend church. Authorities believe she may have been taken from her home overnight.

In addition to the home search, law enforcement has increased its presence in Annie Guthrie's neighborhood, canvassing for surveillance footage and speaking with nearby residents. The FBI has offered a $50,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.

Officials continue to urge the public to refrain from speculation and instead provide credible tips to investigators. As developments unfold, many across Christian communities remain in prayer for Nancy's safe return and for clarity in the days ahead.

This is a developing story.
