Prometheus 2 Release Date and Plot Spoiler: Looks Like There May Be Some Time Traveling for Noomi Rapace
Much of the future of upcoming Prometheus 2 had been uncertain in the last few months, especially when director Ridley Scott opted for a different project to pursue (The Martian). So far, all that had been revealed about the potential sequel was that Michael Fassbender would be reprising his role alongside fellow star Noomi Rapace and that was pretty much what everybody else knew about it. However, both actors assured fans in an October 2013 interview - and once again in another one on November that same year - that Prometheus 2 had been well on its way and that there really is nothing to worry about.
While 20th Century Fox has been very quiet about the progress of the upcoming sequel, there were rumors saying that Prometheus 2 will be entitled "Paradise." Much news had also been coming out about the Prometheus 2 release date, though none is still set on stone, so far. However, when, in an online forum, a user has revealed that the Prometheus 2 release date had been set on November 27, 2015, CineWorld confirmed in their Prometheus 2 plot synopsis that the information about the sequel's release was indeed true at the time when the news was published, although they are still subject to change, of course.
So far, not even the Prometheus 2 trailer has still been released, but as reported by some reliable Prometheus 2 latest news, fans can perhaps tentatively expect some sort of time - travel element in the sequel.
