Baylen Dupree is opening up about just how much her Tourette syndrome medication shapes her day-to-day life - and how far-reaching the effects are when she misses even a single dose.

In a sneak peek from an upcoming episode of TLC's "Baylen Out Loud," Dupree said missing her medication leaves her body feeling "all out of whack," affecting her both physically and mentally for days afterward. The episode, filmed in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, with her husband Colin Dooley, shows the couple navigating the reset period that follows a missed dose.

"I got some sleep from my sleep pills, so I'm definitely feeling physically better. Mentally, I'm still not feeling the best," Dupree said, adding that it can take up to a week and a half to feel like herself again.

Dooley offered a telling outside perspective. "I didn't know unmedicated Baylen. I've only known medicated Baylen," he said, noting he's learned to stay calm rather than panic when her symptoms shift.

It's a candid follow-up to Dupree's story from earlier this year, when she revealed a neurologist once told her she didn't belong in society because of how severe her tics had become. Since then, she's married Dooley, built a platform reaching millions, and continued using her show to demystify a condition still widely misunderstood.

Dupree, who has been open about her Christian faith, has said her story is ultimately about more than Tourette's - it's about refusing to let a diagnosis define her worth. Her honesty about the hard days doesn't undercut her story - it's part of what makes it real.

"Baylen Out Loud" airs Tuesdays at 9 PM ET on TLC and streams the next day on Max.
