Jack Osbourne is giving fans a heartwarming update on his youngest daughter - and she's already showing signs of taking after her famous namesake.
The 40-year-old shared a new photo of his 4-month-old daughter, Ozzy Matilda Osbourne, on Instagram on July 31, writing that "little miss ozz already has a mischievous sparkle." In the photo, baby Ozzy - dressed in a pink onesie - smiles for the camera while being held by her father in a park. Fans quickly noticed the resemblance in the comments, pointing out that her smile echoes her late grandfather's signature smirk.
Ozzy Matilda is named after her grandfather, Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne, who passed away at age 76 in July 2025. The photo arrives just over a year after his death, at a time the family has described as bittersweet.
Jack has said his father knew he was going to be a grandfather again before he passed. In a December interview, Jack shared that his daughter's arrival helped the family process their grief, calling it "partly a healthy distraction, partly healing." He added that it moved them from grieving toward "a bit more of hopefulness."
Ozzy Matilda is Jack's fifth daughter and second child with wife Aree, joining older sister Maple Artemis, 4, as well as three daughters - Pearl Clementine, 14, Andy Rose, 11, and Minnie Theodora, 8 - from his previous marriage to Lisa Stelly.
