Bunnie Xo is officially putting down roots on the West Coast.

Just weeks after finalizing her highly publicized divorce from country superstar Jelly Roll, the podcast host and influencer has revealed she's purchased a luxury home in Los Angeles, calling it the West Coast getaway she's dreamed about for years.

"I am so excited," Bunnie shared on her Dumb Blonde podcast. "You guys know I've been wanting a West Coast house forever."

According to Bunnie, the new property is more than just another house-it's another compound, much like her sprawling Nashville estate, where she plans to host close friends and create a second home base.

The Las Vegas native said she once owned property back home, but admitted that "Vegas isn't me anymore." After a recent trip to Los Angeles with friends, she fell in love with a home in what she described as "a really good part of town."

"We found the dopest crib out here," she said. "We're gonna be West Coasting, baby, a lot."

Despite the exciting purchase, fans shouldn't expect Bunnie to leave Tennessee behind. She confirmed she'll continue living primarily in Nashville, where she kept the custom-built estate she received as part of her divorce settlement with Jelly Roll. The property is also home to many of the couple's beloved rescue animals, including miniature cows and donkeys, and serves as the headquarters for her wildly popular Dumb Blonde podcast.

But the Los Angeles move is fueling fresh speculation that Bunnie is preparing for an even bigger career leap. Reports have claimed she recently met with television producers about a possible reality series, making Hollywood a logical place for her expanding media empire.

The house wasn't the only luxury purchase during her California trip.

Bunnie also picked up a custom white Rolls-Royce Cullinan, reportedly worth around $500,000, complete with striking red leather seats and a star-filled ceiling.

Although the extravagant purchase came shortly after her divorce became official, Bunnie insisted it wasn't a post-split splurge.

Instead, she said the SUV was a reward she'd planned for herself after completing her emotional IVF journey.

"The car has been in the works for a year," she explained. "It was gonna be my IVF present to myself because of all the stuff I had to go through."

With a new mansion, a luxury SUV, and rumors of a reality TV project swirling, Bunnie Xo appears to be embracing a bold new chapter-one that's taking her far beyond Nashville while keeping fans guessing about what's next.
