"Take Me Home" arrives as the latest in a steady stream of 2026 releases from the Grammy-nominated group, following singles "Easy" and "God's Way" earlier this year. The band has kept up a consistent pace since releasing their "Dear Jesus" EP in January, which included the singles "Rescue Me," "Don't Let the Darkness," and the title track "Dear Jesus," the latter featuring a guest appearance from Chris Tomlin.
