Ella Langley may have a new man in her life - and if sources are right, he shares more with her than a genre.
TMZ reported Tuesday night that the "Choosin' Texas" singer, 27, and fellow country artist Tucker Wetmore, 26, are dating, citing sources who say the pair have been together "for quite some time." People confirmed the report Wednesday, though representatives for both artists did not respond to requests for comment, and neither Langley nor Wetmore has publicly addressed the relationship.
The reports followed the pair being spotted leaving Nashville's Ryman Auditorium together after the 9th Annual Nashville Songwriter Awards, where Langley took home Song of the Year for "Choosin' Texas" - a single that recently broke Mariah Carey's record for longest-running No. 1 by a solo female artist on the Billboard Hot 100. Langley and Wetmore first sparked speculation in December 2025 after being photographed together in the British Virgin Islands, and again in March when they performed an acoustic duet of Wetmore's "Sunburn" at a charity event.
Beyond the rumors, both artists have been unusually open about their Christian faith in an industry that doesn't always reward it. Langley, raised in a Southern Baptist church in Hope Hull, Alabama, has spoken about being "saved again" during a church haunted house as a teen and has thanked Jesus publicly at award shows for her career. Wetmore has credited his faith for carrying him through a career-ending football injury that redirected him toward music, telling Fox News, "I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for faith."
