Warren Peay and Emerson Day have teamed up for a new version of "Gimme A Hallelujah," bringing together their soulful vocals for an uplifting song that encourages believers to praise God through every season of life. Released on October 16, 2026, the collaboration gives Peay's debut single a fresh sound while preserving its message of faith, gratitude, and worship.
Originally released in January 2026, "Gimme A Hallelujah" reflects the power of choosing worship even during difficult moments. The addition of Day brings a new dimension to the track, blending the artists' distinctive voices and shared passion for music that points listeners toward hope in the Lord.
"Sometimes, stopping in the middle of whatever you're facing and choosing to praise God is enough to lift your spirit and completely change your perspective," Peay shares, explaining the heart behind the song.
Peay also expressed gratitude for Day's contribution, describing her as an artist with a heart for God and an incredible performance. He hopes the collaboration will inspire the Church to worship God not only for what He has done but also for who He is.
