Nashville pop-punk band Keep Warm has brought in Relient K's Matthew Thiessen for its new single "Like You," released Oct. 23. It isn't a new Relient K single. It's a Keep Warm song featuring Relient K, and it's a welcome throwback for fans of the band's sound.

Relient K hasn't released a full-length studio album since Air for Free in 2016. CCM Magazine notes that new recordings with the band's signature sound have been rare since then, so hearing Thiessen's familiar voice again means a lot to many millennial Christian music fans.

It was written by Keep Warm vocalist Kevin Campbell with Sam Barnhart, a founding member of the '90s Christian rock band Bleach, and songwriter Warren David. Two life milestones inspired it. Campbell had just gotten married, and Barnhart was preparing to become a grandfather, with his son expecting a baby boy. The song is about love, family, and the people who shape us.

The band draws on the melodic pop-punk sound of the early 2000s. "Like You" follows its 2024 debut single "Power Wagon" and its 2025 EP Terminals.

"Like You (feat. Relient K)" is available now.
