What Would You Ask Darlene Zschech and Dustin Smith? E21 Opens the Floor for Candid Worship Q&A

What happens when worship leaders get to ask the questions that a Sunday setlist cannot answer? E21 Worship Collective is inviting its community into a special Q&A with Darlene Zschech and Dustin Smith, opening the conversation to the challenges, growth and spiritual responsibilities of worship ministry.

Announcing the gathering on Instagram, E21 encouraged followers to help shape the discussion by submitting their own questions. The invitation covers everything from developing as a worship leader to navigating the heart of ministry, with an attention-grabbing promise: "No question is off the table."

For those who spend their Sundays helping others sing, that invitation creates room to discuss the work behind the microphone. Choosing songs and preparing musicians are visible responsibilities; cultivating personal devotion, serving a congregation and growing through difficult seasons can raise questions that deserve a longer conversation.

Zschech brings the perspective of a songwriter and worship leader whose work includes "Shout to the Lord," "Worthy Is the Lamb" and "In Jesus Name." Her songs have become familiar expressions of faith in churches worldwide. Alongside Smith, she will take part in a discussion shaped by the concerns participants submit.

The audience-led format gives the announcement its particular appeal. Rather than simply receiving a prepared message, members of the E21 Worship Collective community have an opportunity to put their ministry questions forward.

How does a leader keep growing while carrying responsibility for others? What helps a worship team maintain its spiritual focus? How can leaders serve faithfully when confidence or enthusiasm runs low? These are possible questions participants could submit; E21 has yet to announce the selected topics.

Questions must be submitted by November 2 through the link in the @e21worship Instagram bio. The supplied announcement does not specify the session's date or time.

For worship leaders with a question they have wanted to ask, the next step is simple: send it in and help shape the conversation.
