"The Kelly Clarkson Show" led the 2026 Daytime Emmys with five wins in its final season. The talk show led all nominees at the awards. The 53rd ceremony took place Oct. 30 at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles.
The five awards included Outstanding Daytime Talk Series and Outstanding Directing for a Daytime Studio Non-Fiction Series. The show also took wins for live sound mixing and editing and for art direction and set decoration, and tied "Beyond the Gates" in hairstyling and makeup.
The haul brings the show to 28 Daytime Emmy wins in total. It is the third-largest haul in the show's history, after seven wins in 2022 and six in 2023. Clarkson herself lost the talk show host prize to Sherri Shepherd.
Clarkson announced on Feb. 2, 2026, that season seven would be her last. She said she wanted to put her children first. The show ended in August.
Bethel Music led the studio audience in worship with "The Church" on the show. Clarkson also performed the hymn "O Come, O Come, Emmanuel" as a Kellyoke. She once covered Lauren Daigle's "You Say" with first responders joining in.
"General Hospital" and "Beyond the Gates" won four awards each. Tamara Tunie, Scott Clifton, Beth Maitland and Roger Howarth took the lead and supporting acting honors in the drama categories.
