Singer-songwriter and SEU Worship vocalist Chelsea Plank has released her latest single, "Make Me Willing," offering another preview of her upcoming solo debut album, I think that you kept the light on, expected to arrive in early 2027.
The new single marks another step in Plank's growing journey as a solo artist while she continues serving as a principal vocalist and worship director for SEU Worship. Known for her expressive vocals and heartfelt approach to worship, she has helped shape several of the collective's most recognized songs.
Among her contributions are "What A God," which has accumulated more than 138 million global streams, "Monday Morning Faith," with over 97 million streams, and "Fruit Takes Time," which has surpassed 23 million streams.
"Make Me Willing" is part of an eight-song project that represents an important new chapter in Plank's musical career. Her forthcoming album, I think that you kept the light on, will further introduce listeners to her artistic voice and personal songwriting beyond her work with SEU Worship.
Plank began her solo career in May 2026 with "When You Give It Up," which has earned more than 2.24 million global streams. She continued building momentum with her third single, "I'm Going," which received recognition on John Mayer's SiriusXM channel, Life with John Mayer, during its New Music Friday Tuesday programming.
She also performed "I'm Going" during the 2026 GMA Dove Awards pre-telecast ceremony, adding another notable milestone to her emerging solo career.
Beyond her recording work, Plank is currently joining Abbie Gamboa on her fall tour as an opening act. The tour has brought her to audiences across the country, with nearly every show selling out.
