Avery Anna is heading into the final weeks of her Blood Runs Thicker Tour, and her faith remains a central part of her message.
The 10-date headlining run began October 16 in Raleigh, North Carolina, and ends December 11 at The Fillmore Silver Spring in Maryland. The tour is named for her current single, "Blood Runs Thicker," from her EP forgive, forget. Up-and-coming artist Jaid Joice is the opening act.
Stops still ahead, based on the tour announcement:
- Nov. 7: The Sylvee, Madison, WI
- Nov. 12: The Fillmore Charlotte, NC
- Nov. 13: Five, Jacksonville, FL
- Nov. 14: House of Blues Orlando, FL
- Dec. 11: The Fillmore Silver Spring, MD
(Dates were announced in July, so check her official site for changes and tickets.)
Faith has been part of her year. In July, Anna shared a message saying her faith in God carried her through a stressful stretch. She wrote that she would spare the details but urged fans who feel overwhelmed to "look for him."
Her EP includes "Fear In God," a faith-inspired duet with Sam Barber. When she won ACM New Female Artist of the Year, she thanked God, her fans and Barber.
For fans heading to a show, her message is a simple one: joyful moments can sit alongside hard weeks, and faith can carry you through both.
