According to PC Advisor reports, this time the company is already preparing its self to unveil its new product dubbed "Yosemite," which is set to direct its focus on unifying the desktop and its Mobile (iPhone) platforms. Well it's not like there has not been beta versions available to developers and eager customers since June. This is the only update that the company officially announced at the World Wide Developer's conference. Yet the official release date has not been released but rumors are tending to pin the release date to be around October 21st when the Company is set to hold an event at which will present an opportune time for the OS to be announced. This could be a valid prediction following last year's release date of the Maverick that launched mid-October last year.

The new OS for the Mac PC has similarities to the IOS 7 interface customers have become accustomed to the past year. Apps are designed to have a sharper corner and a translucent background which will introduce a modern, fresh look that's aligned with the interface on the iPhone. In the Notification center, one will notice many similarities to the IOS of the iPhone as both have a today's tab showing todays date, day's events and weather. The interface can now interact with more third party apps by simply allowing users to drag and drop different widgets, customized to their preference.
